Noel Fruchtenicht - Co-Founder
Noel has over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of biotech operations, manufacturing, and commercialization. He was previously the Senior Director of Operations for Singulex, Inc. During his time at Singulex, he oversaw the commercialization, manufacturing, supply chain, and technical service of the Singulex ultra-sensitive protein biomarker detection system. Noel has extensive experience in all three of the RUO, CLIA (LDT), and IVD regulatory spaces. Noel spent over 10 years at Singulex having been hired in the very early start-up phase, as employee 13. Prior to Singulex he was a Production and Quality Control Manager at Bio-Rad Laboratories (6+ years), where he oversaw the production and quality release of a wide variety of diagnostic IVD assays. Prior to Bio-Rad he was the lead chemist for Helix Diagnostics, Inc., a global leader in the manufacture of autoimmune diagnostic assays. Noel received both his BS in Biochemistry and an MBA from the University of California, Davis. Go Ags!
Sarah Hamren - Co-Founder
Sarah J. Hamren has many years of experience in biopharma research and development. Previously the Director of Assay Development for Singulex, Sarah has been responsible for the successful transfer of the Research Service business to MilliporeSigma including aspects of marketing, sales, manufacturing, quality control, accounts receivable, international reagent shipment, and customer support since its 2015 acquisition. Drawing on her past experience working with Chiron Corporation, Bayer Corporation’s Biotechnology division, Tethys Bioscience, Singulex, and MilliporeSigma, maintaining the high-quality service clients expect has been her constant goal. Sarah’s years of effectively partnering with a broad array of clients have culminated in 100’s of successful biomarker assay development projects. She has proven success overcoming the limitations of challenging sample types and very small sample volumes while at the same time adhering to project deadlines, budgets, and the highest standards of quality control.
